Referral Process
For anyone interested in referring a client to ODS, they must contact Valley Mountain Regional Center (and speak with the Service Coordinator responsible for the consumer interested in services).
The Service Coordinator will contact ODS and determine whether the consumer is appropriate for ODS and if their needs will be met. An intake meeting will be scheduled between the consumer, VMRC and ODS to distribute and complete all of the required documents needed to start ODS. Should the consumer decide to attend ODS, a tentative start date will be determined.
